1. Summarize what you believe to be important in the budget. I think that it is a good idea, but it is far too socialist. I think the lowering of tax on the poorer income payers is a good idea but raising the tax on the top teir so significantly would be ridiculous
2. Who benefits the most from the proposed budget? Lower income people
